Exceptional Duty by Security Personnel

​I am writing to highlight the exceptional duty performed by the night security personnel stationed at the Central Library. Last week, I misplaced a hard drive containing highly specialized legal documents and policy analysis files necessary for my degree. The personnel not only secured the item but systematically reviewed the entry registry to identify my department and ensured it was safely handed over to the chief warden by morning. Such integrity and strict adherence to protocol deserve formal institutional recognition.
