Amazon Delivery

​I had a massive delivery dispute with Amazon last month. The delivery guy marked my package as delivered, but it definitely wasn't. When I called support, the personnel just kept giving me conflicting updates and making excuses for days. I got so mad I literally had to build a documented timeline of their falsified delivery attempts just to get my refund. Why is receiving a simple package at the campus gate harder than passing my math electives?
