What IIT Delhi actually does
IIT Delhi is an Institute of National Importance at Hauz Khas. This window is for PhD and MS(R), not for JEE BTech and not for MBA. MS(R) is a research master’s. PhD is the doctoral track. Both sit on the same semester-2 portal.
