Hostile Work Environment

Hostile Work Environment: I have faced an issue at my work place and reported it to my reporting officer. As the issue was not solved by the reporting officer, I have escalated the issue to the Dean. Instead of solving the issue, the Dean has asked me to do whatever my reporting officer says and humiliated me in multiple ways. The hostile environment made it very difficult to attend the office now.
