Official Details
NIT Raipur non-teaching recruitment 2026 is Recruitment Notice No./NITRR/R-1/Advt./2026/1035 dated 29 September 2026. Last date and time to apply and pay the fee is 30 October 2026, 23:59 hrs. Online form opens 1 October 2026, 00:01 hrs. Apply from the Institute page nitrr.ac.in/advertisement.php (Apply Online opens the IBPS registration screen). Detailed advertisement PDF: nitrr.ac.in announcement PDF. Technical help: cgrs@ibps.in. Recruitment help: recruitmentcell@nitrr.ac.in.
What NIT Raipur actually does
National Institute of Technology Raipur is an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education. It teaches engineering and science on the GE Road campus in Raipur and runs labs, hostels, accounts and examinations like any central technical institute. These 37 seats are regular non-faculty jobs on that campus, not a project stipend and not a faculty advertisement.
What kind of role this is
Direct recruitment, regular appointment. Group B and Group C non-teaching posts. Place of work is NIT Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Institute can later use a selected person in any department or section. No bond is printed on this notice. No hard copy of the form is to be sent.
Who should apply — and who should skip
Apply if you are an Indian national and, as on 30 October 2026, you meet the post-wise degree or ITI line and the age cap for that post. A first-class bachelor’s degree in any subject can fit Superintendent. A 12th pass with 35 wpm typing can fit Senior Assistant. An ITI or diploma can fit Technician, but only in the trade printed for that specialisation.
Skip if you want a teaching post, a research fellowship, or a job in another city. Also skip a specialisation whose degree line you do not hold. A Computer Science diploma does not fill the Chemistry Technician row. One form does not cover two posts. Each post and each specialisation needs its own form and its own fee. Age and qualification are counted on the closing date. SC, ST and OBC applicants who apply on a UR seat do not get age or merit relaxation.
