What this counselling actually is

NEET UG is the national entrance test for MBBS and BDS. A score does not put you in a college. Counselling does. All India Quota seats are filled by MCC. This notice is the Haryana state round for government, government-aided and private medical and dental colleges, including private and minority universities named in the notice: SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram; Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Sadhopur, Ambala; Al-Falah University, Dhauj, Faridabad; and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar under Sanskaram University. Session is 2026-27.

If you are in Class 12 and have not written NEET UG 2026, this form is not yours. Round 3 is for people who already have a NEET UG 2026 result.

What kind of seat this Haryana NEET UG Round 3 2026 is

These are MBBS and BDS seats still open in Round 3. Old choices from Round 1 and Round 2 are treated as null. You must fill fresh choices. A candidate who already joined a Round 1 or Round 2 seat keeps that seat unless an upgrade comes. Someone allotted a seat under All India Quota or any state up to Round 3 is not eligible for a further stray round. If you do not want the Round 2 seat, you may exit, and the security amount is forfeited. No stipend is printed. No bond is printed in this schedule.

Who should apply — and who should skip

Apply if you want an MBBS or BDS seat in the Haryana colleges covered by this notice and you are in one of these groups: not allotted in Round 1 or 2; allotted but did not join; joined and want an upgrade. Fresh registration is on the portal. If you already registered for Round 1 or 2, you do not register again, but you must give willingness online. Candidates who joined in Round 1, skipped Round 2, and did not resign, can enter Round 3 after depositing security. If you deposited security in Round 2 and got no seat, you do not deposit again for Round 3.

Skip if you have no NEET UG 2026 score, if you want a BSc nursing seat (this notice is MBBS/BDS), or if a site other than the three official ones asks for the security. Wrong information that later cancels the seat at document check means the security is forfeited.

Dates and fee

Security is paid online from the login. If you do not pay it, you are not eligible for Round 3. If you join, security is adjusted in first-year tuition. If you are allotted and do not join, security is forfeited and you are out of further rounds. If you get no seat, security is returned after counselling ends. Provisional tuition fee is paid only on the admission portal. The rupee tuition figure is not printed in this schedule. Selection

1. Register or give willingness, and lock fresh choices, by 10 October 2026, 11:59 pm.
2. Deposit security online, or you are out of Round 3.
3. Provisional allocation on 12 October 2026.
4. Pay provisional tuition fee online from 12 to 14 October, up to 11:00 pm.
5. Document verification at Sushruta Auditorium, Rohtak, 15–16 October, 9:00 am onwards.
6. Download the provisional admission letter from 15 to 17 October.
7. Join the allotted institute by 17 October 2026, 4:00 pm.

1. Use only uhsrugcounselling.com for registration and security. Do not transfer money to a person.
2. Pay the slab that matches your quota: Rs 10,000, Rs 5,000, or Rs 1,00,000.
3. Lock fresh choices. Old choices do not carry.
4. If allotted, pay tuition on the portal, carry originals to Rohtak, and join by 4:00 pm on 17 October. Save every receipt.
