What this NCRTC window is

NCRTC is a joint-venture company of the Government of India and the governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. It builds and runs Namo Bharat, the regional rail in the National Capital Region. These 67 posts are direct recruitment for operations and maintenance, not a one-month internship and not a metro contractor daily-wage slip.

If the pay codes look odd: S1 and NS3 are company pay scales, not 7th CPC Level-1. Initial basic pay printed for Supervisor-I is Rs 37,000 in the scale Rs 37,000–1,15,000. Junior Maintainer starts at Rs 18,250 in the scale Rs 18,250–59,200. Dearness allowance, HRA and cafeteria perks, if paid, follow company rules. Basic pay is not in-hand salary.

Who should apply, and who should skip

• Apply for Supervisor-I if you have the full-time diploma or degree named for that post code, and you are not above 28 years as on 10 September 2026 (relaxations below).
• Apply for Junior Maintainer only if your ITI is NCVT or SCVT in the named trade: Electrician, Fitter, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning, or Electronics Mechanic.

Eligibility criteria

Three-year full-time diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Age 28 as on 10 September 2026. One seat is horizontally reserved for PwBD in the disability categories named on the notice.

3. Supervisor-I (Electrical) D03 — S1 14 vacancies

Eligibility criteria

Three-year full-time diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Age 28 as on 10 September 2026. One horizontal PwBD seat as named on the notice.

4. Supervisor-I (Mechanical) D04 — S1 3 vacancies

Eligibility criteria

Three-year full-time diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Age 28 as on 10 September 2026.

Full-time ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Electrician or equivalent. Age 28 as on 10 September 2026.

Eligibility criteria

Full-time ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Fitter or equivalent. Age 28 as on 10 September 2026.

Full-time ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning or equivalent. Age 28 as on 10 September 2026.

9. Junior Maintainer (Electronics) D09 — NS3 2 vacancies

Eligibility criteria

Full-time ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Electronics Mechanic or equivalent. Age 28 as on 10 September 2026.

Age relaxation on the notice: SC/ST 5 years, OBC-NCL 3 years, Ex-Servicemen length of military service plus 3 years, PwBD UR/EWS 10 years, PwBD OBC-NCL 13 years, PwBD SC/ST 15 years. Upper age after relaxation is capped at 50 years on the published copies.

Educational qualifications

Selection stages as written

Computer Based Test, then medical fitness. CBT is 100 questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes, one mark per correct answer, no negative marking. You may take it in Hindi or English. Minimum qualifying marks: 60 percent for UR, OBC-NCL and EWS; 50 percent for SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen. Final merit is among candidates who qualify the CBT and the medical. The syllabus is to be hosted separately on ncrtc.in. There is no interview printed for this notice.
