What MCC does for NEET PG

The Medical Counselling Committee under the Directorate General of Health Services conducts the online allotment for 50 percent All India Quota seats in government medical colleges, plus 100 percent seats in Deemed Universities and Central Universities for MD, MS, Diploma and DNB courses. Armed Forces Medical Services seats have a separate registration path. Only NEET PG 2026 qualified candidates can take part.

Who should register and who should skip

Register if you have a valid NEET PG 2026 rank and want AIQ, Deemed or Central University seats. Choice filling is mandatory even if you registered earlier. Skip if you are only interested in state quota seats (those are handled by state authorities) or if your rank is unlikely to get a preferred speciality in the available matrix. Check the seat matrix after institutes verify it.
