IRCON Apprentice 2026: 54 Graduate and Diploma Posts, Apply by 5 Nov

IRCON International Limited is engaging 54 apprentices (36 Graduate and 18 Technician Diploma) under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for one-year training across its projects. Online applications open from 16 October 2026 to 5 November 2026 on ircon.org. Hard copy of the signed form plus documents must reach IRCON’s Saket office by 17 November 2026. Register first on mhrdnats.gov.in as a Student.

About IRCON International Limited

IRCON is a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways. It builds turnkey infrastructure in railways, highways, buildings and power. Turnover crossed ₹8,500 crore in 2025-26. The company has completed large projects in India and abroad.

Nature of the role

This is a one-year apprenticeship training, not a regular job. After training ends, there is no claim for employment with IRCON. Trainees are posted at projects or offices across India as slots open. The company does not provide accommodation or meals.

Who applies / who skips

Apply if you hold the exact degree or diploma listed for the discipline, are between 18 and 30 years as on 1 October 2026, and passed the qualifying exam in 2023 (on or after 1 July), 2024, 2025 or 2026. You must not have already completed apprenticeship training in IRCON or any other organisation, and must not have one year or more of prior job/training experience after education. Skip if your result is awaited, you have back papers, or you finished the qualifying exam more than three years ago.

Online application: 16 October 2026 to 5 November 2026. Hard copy receipt deadline: 17 November 2026. Application fee is nil. Age cut-off is 1 October 2026. Educational qualification must be held as on 1 October 2026.

Selection stages

There is no interview. Eligible candidates are shortlisted on a merit list formed from marks secured in the essential educational qualification. Shortlisted candidates are informed by email and list upload on the IRCON website. They must produce original certificates at verification. Medical fitness certificate is required before joining.

Apply steps

1. Register as Student on mhrdnats.gov.in and note the unique registration number.
2. Apply online on ircon.org → Careers → HR & Career → Engagement of Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961 between 16 Oct and 5 Nov 2026.
3. Upload photo, signature, DOB proof, education mark sheets, caste/EWS certificates (current year if applicable), identity proof.
4. Take printout of the submitted form, sign it, and send with enclosures by post to the address in Table C of the notice so it reaches by 17 November 2026.
5. Incomplete forms or late hard copies are rejected.
